Amazing verse

I read the Bible this night. I found amazing verse.

For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in
Christ Jesus our Lord. Rom 6:23.

Because of what we’ve done hard working in the past, we may be paid
with death, BUT God gives us life without working. It is not matter of
whom I am working under. We don’t need to work under another master.
It is matter of faith. He as a father gives his gift us at no cost
even though we are taking a rest in Him. What a consolation it is.. :)

What is considered to be more important?

“After Aaron and his sons have finished covering the holy furnishings and all the holy articles, and when the camp is ready to move, the Kohathites are to come to do the carrying. But they must not touch the holy things or they will die. The Kohathites are to carry those things that are in the Tent of Meeting. Numbers 4:15

The Kohathites branch of the Levites has their own task for the tent of meeting. It is carrying the items in the tent. Throughout the biblical history, they carried out the responsibility well. Sometimes, I set the priorities on the jobs according to the importance set by myself. Who set the importance of what I am supposed to do. Every day’s work, services of church, or helping other people. Maybe some work is more urgent than others, but maybe it is not important. I should not skip the important thing because of the jobs that seem urgent. I am in a charge of chorus and guitar with my church praise band. Many times, I was late at the practice on Saturday because of “the urgent work” in my perspective. I considered the works smaller than other works like helping people or giving a ride. I will change my attitude on it and set the proper priority. As Kohathites and Eleazar work with their all heart on the given jobs during the period of responsibility, I will put my best effort on the given works. May the Lord help me have strength, wisdom, and warm-heart to do works to cooperate with others.

I am a happy person.

Yesterday, when I get back my home, I was surprised at some happneings. It was 9:00 PM. I was little bit hungry because I didn’t eat for dinner. During the way to one of my church member lives to hand him a laptop computer, I met another church member by chance. After some conversation, she gave me some foods she made. Also, the person whom I supposed to meet gave me some food for me. It really encouraged me. I realized that I am loved by a lot people around me. I cannot but thanks to God for this. It is not about food, they sometimes cares about me for other matters. This is not about me, I would consider this as a encouragement to help other students around here. Like a river flowing from upward to downward, I may not pay back for this kindness, but I can give my effort to the students in need around here. I will surely carve kindness I receive from others on a stone like here to remember it. Thank God.
